Authorities report officers were attempting to take the suspect into custody during an incident at a local gas station when she allegedly held her eighteen-month-old child in front of her to avoid being handcuffed.In local agriculture news, the Clarion-Venango Farm Bureau is raising concerns over the impact of proposed data center developments on area farmland. Farm Bureau leaders are voicing support for Senate Bill two-twenty-five, which would require full compensation for local farm and business losses if property is taken through eminent domain.And Independence Health System is expanding access to specialized medical care in Clarion County.
