Good morning.A thirty-four-year-old cold case mystery in Clarion County is about to be unlocked. District Attorney Drew Welsh and State Police announced they will officially reveal the identity of "Penny Doe" during a news conference this Monday morning. DNA testing was used to identify the woman whose remains were discovered in Monroe Township in nineteen-ninety, though authorities emphasize the homicide investigation remains active.In county court news, a former Clarion couple has been sentenced to serve one to two years in county jail for the twenty-twenty-two malnutrition death of their five-month-old son.
