According to AAA, drivers in Clarion are currently paying an average of four-sixteen per gallon as rising crude oil costs push prices higher across the region.In state news, Governor Josh Shapiro has signed an executive order requiring tech developers to secure local municipal approval before state environmental officials will review permits for new data centers. The move comes as public backlash grows over artificial intelligence development and potential impacts on local utility rates across Pennsylvania.And with students in the Clarion Area School District heading back to the classroom Wednesday, borough police are reminding drivers to use extra caution.
