The Department of Labor and Industry announces proactive investigations will target third-party agencies to ensure caregivers are properly paid for all hours worked, including mandatory overtime.At the local level, Clarion Borough Council is focusing on regional emergency needs, encouraging residents to attend an upcoming county EMS Task Force meeting on September twenty-first. Council members also finalized official Halloween plans for October thirty-first—setting trick-or-treating for six to eight P-M—and approved the promotion of Cole Wrhen to full-time police officer.And four people suffered minor injuries following a two-vehicle collision on Route Twenty-Eight in Mahoning Township.
