Good morning.A seventy-one-year-old Kossuth woman with a history of fatal collisions has waived her preliminary hearing after allegedly driving distracted and crashing into an Amish buggy in Ashland Township. State Police report Pamela Raybuck struck the horse-drawn carriage on Route Three-Thirty-Eight, severely injuring three people. Prosecutors revealed Raybuck was previously involved in two separate fatal crashes in two-thousand-two and twenty-twenty.In Emlenton, a nineteen-year-old Rimersburg woman is behind bars on seventy-five-thousand dollars bail facing felony child endangerment charges. Emlenton Police arrested Melea Janis after officers entering a home found an unsupervised, unclothed infant in an upstairs bedroom alongside an unresponsive, intoxicated juvenile.And Clarion County Commissioners are backing a new grant application to rehabilitate the historic Foxburg Bank Building into a downtown commercial anchor.
