Authorities arrested Robert David Woods Junior after a Beaver Township resident reported her safe—containing up to one-hundred-thousand dollars in cash—missing from her home.And decades after discovering human remains in Monroe Township, three of the children who made the nineteen-ninety discovery have met the family of victim Windy Buchanan.
