Good morning.State transportation officials are warning drivers in Clarion County to expect delays starting Tuesday, September fifteenth, as paving begins on the northern end of Route Sixty-Eight. PennDOT reports lane restrictions controlled by flaggers will be in place between Bouch Lane and the Dollar General Plaza through September twenty-first as part of a thirteen-point-three-million-dollar safety project.Meanwhile, Clarion Borough Council will hold a special meeting tomorrow night at seven PM at the Clarion Free Library. Council members are scheduled to vote on a special event permit for the Clarion Area High School homecoming parade planned for October second.And the Armstrong Indiana Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission is hosting a free Community Family Recovery Event this Saturday, September nineteenth, at the Clarion Mall.
