Good morning.A fifty-nine-year-old man is dead following a two-truck crash on Interstate Eighty in Jefferson County. State police say Michael Rougier was driving distracted when his rig rear-ended another tractor-trailer Thursday afternoon near mile marker seventy-four. Rougier was pronounced dead at the scene.State disaster grants open today for Clearfield County residents recovering from July’s flash flooding. Qualified homeowners and renters can receive up to twenty-thousand dollars through PEMA, alongside low-interest federal loans to cover home repairs and property loss.And the City of DuBois is on solid financial footing, with revenues outpacing expenses.
