State police say Ryon Ross allegedly sped away from a home in Brady Township while a woman was pinned in his truck door. Witnesses say the victim was dragged forty yards before hitting the road, suffering severe fractures and a head injury.Meanwhile, a major school security shift is coming to Brookville. Borough Council voted not to renew its school resource officer contract due to a severe police staffing shortage.
