Good morning,A DuBois couple faces felony child endangerment charges after a toddler was found wandering alone through a local state park campground. Rangers at Parker Dam State Park in Penfield say a maintenance worker discovered the three-year-old boy roaming the grounds unsupervised. According to criminal complaints, when law enforcement forced entry into the parents' camper to wake them up, officers discovered illicit drugs inside. Severe charges have been filed against twenty-two-year-old Gabrielle Frost and thirty-one-year-old Dakota Younes.Meanwhile, a major infrastructure shift is moving forward in Clearfield County.
