Authorities report that twenty-four-year-old Allison Bouch waived her preliminary hearing after an animal necropsy revealed a mother dog named Snowdrop died from preventable complications and blood loss after giving birth.In local infrastructure news, state officials have awarded over six-hundred-thousand dollars in community development funding to completely overhaul Brockway’s aging water system.
