Good morning. An escaped Jefferson County jail inmate is back in custody this morning. Prison Warden Dustin Myers confirmed that thirty-five-year-old Eric Dwayne Bailes has been caught, following his escape from a work-release job in Reynoldsville on Monday afternoon. Further details on his capture have not yet been released.Meanwhile, tensions are running high in Clearfield County. A packed room of residents blasted county commissioners over the Moshannon Valley processing center. Multiple speakers called the immigration site a concentration camp and alleged poor inmate treatment. The county's contract with I-C-E expires in September.And the Shapiro Administration has marked a major environmental milestone with help from a Pittsburgh Steelers legend. State officials announced the plugging of Pennsylvania's four-hundredth abandoned oil and gas well. Pro Football Hall of Famer Jerome Bettis, who owns the company that capped the leaking well, joined leaders to celebrate the cleanup.
