House Bill 1344 establishes strict training and certification standards for police K-nine units to safely detect fentanyl. Armanini originally developed the bill following a direct request from DuBois Police Officer Zayne Rhed to give local handlers better tools to safely intercept the synthetic opioid.In education news, Delaney Toyota has donated an eight-passenger van and twenty-thousand dollars to the DuBois Area School District.
