Good morning.The DuBois Area School District is holding its late registration session today at the Middle School from nine to noon, and one to three. Superintendent Wendy Benton urges families who recently moved to the area to register today, warning that first-day walk-ins severely disrupt classroom and bus scheduling.National Fuel is correcting the record regarding last week's residential house explosion near Curwensville. The utility company clarified that the Ferguson Township home destroyed in the blast is outside of their service territory. National Fuel officials confirm they were never notified of the incident and did not respond to the scene. The cause of the explosion, which hospitalized two residents, remains under investigation.And applications are officially open for the return of the beloved Hometown Heroes program.
