Good morning.Former DuBois city manager John "Herm" Suplizio has pleaded guilty in federal court to public corruption charges. In court Thursday, Suplizio admitted to money laundering and federal program theft involving hundreds of thousands of dollars in city and non-profit funds. Under a plea deal, Suplizio faces twenty-seven months in prison and five-hundred-thousand dollars in restitution, with official sentencing set for November.In a landmark decision, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that state game wardens cannot search posted private land without a warrant. The high court sided with two local hunting clubs in Clearfield County, ruling state agents violated the state constitution by entering private land without probable cause.And a Ridgway woman faces felony charges of child endangerment after her toddler was found wandering an apartment hallway alone at midnight.
