Good morning.A retired Pennsylvania State Trooper is behind bars without bail after a double-fatal DUI crash in Clearfield County. Fifty-five-year-old Thomas Edward Reed of Lanse is facing third-degree murder and homicide by vehicle charges following Thursday night's multi-vehicle crash on Route Eight-Seventy-Nine in Pike Township. State police say Reed crossed the center line, killing minivan occupant Judith Jordan and motorcyclist Frederick Cline. Investigators say Reed initially denied drinking, but police later found alcohol containers in his truck and recorded a high blood-alcohol level.Fair season is officially underway in Clarion County!
