State Representative Mike Armanini says the debate remains stalled after House changes expanded parole opportunities, leaving local judges and prosecutors to handle sentencing on a case-by-case basis.In Brookville, the local Chamber of Commerce is settling into its new downtown home at two-thirty-seven Main Street.
