Good morning.In Elk County, authorities have ruled the death of a forty-three-year-old Coudersport man as an accidental drowning. Elk County Coroner Michelle Muccio-Krise reports Dominic Petruzzi was pronounced dead Sunday morning after being found in a shallow part of the river near a boat launch on Ridgway-Johnsonburg Road. Investigators determined Petruzzi was planning to go fishing when he suffered a seizure, leading to the accidental drowning.A St. Marys man is facing felony forgery charges after allegedly attempting to use counterfeit cash at a local convenience store. City of St. Marys Police charged thirty-seven-year-old Shawn Anthony Mancuso following an incident at the Sheetz on South Michael Street. Security footage revealed Mancuso allegedly purchased cigarettes using a fake twenty-dollar bill before returning less than an hour later, stealing a phone charger, and attempting to buy a smoothie with a second counterfeit bill.And in Punxsutawney, alumni and former members of the high school's disbanded Weather Capital Robotics Club addressed the school board to request access to eighteen years worth of club equipment.
