Good morning. State police are investigating a fatal accident that left a Knoxville, Pennsylvania man dead after being struck by a pickup truck. Authorities say a seventy-four-year-old driver collided with a bicyclist in his sixties along Route Forty-Nine. The cyclist died at the scene.In community news, a massive wave of volunteerism hit the Southern Tier this weekend. The United Way’s annual Day of Action mobilized over four-hundred volunteers from Corning Credit Union and Chemung Canal Trust for thirty-six area projects, including structural repairs at the Corning Children’s Center.And the fifty-three-year wait is over—the New York Knicks are NBA Champions. The Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs ninety-four to ninety in Game Five on Saturday night.
