Good morning.An Elmira motorcyclist was killed this weekend in a multi-vehicle crash on the Clemens Center Parkway. Elmira police say twenty-six-year-old Hunter Squires was pronounced dead at the scene Saturday afternoon after his motorcycle collided with a car at the intersection of Division Street. The driver of the car was hospitalized and is cooperating with investigators.In local infrastructure news, an environmental cleanup enters its second week to tackle toxic underground contamination at the Corning City Fire Department. State officials have flagged the property as a threat to public health due to soil laced with lead and mercury.
