Drivers should prepare for closures on Main and Gray Streets through Sunday night. The festival of basketball kicks off this evening with a celebrity game followed by an Elmira Police versus Fire showdown.And the city of Corning has successfully reached a five-year labor contract extension with the Corning International Association of Firefighters.
