Good morning.Corning Police report a ninety-year-old sexual assault victim has died following an attack earlier this month. Authorities say thirty-four-year-old Jonathan Rivaldo was arrested July thirteenth and is currently charged with three counts of first-degree rape and burglary. Rivaldo had been released from state prison just three days prior to the incident. Police state additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.In Bradford County court, former college football player Julian Fleming has begun serving a nine to twenty-three-month jail sentence for a fatal A-T-V crash. Fleming pleaded guilty to D-U-I and involuntary manslaughter after his A-T-V struck a deer in Columbia Township last year, resulting in the death of his passenger.And students across the Southern Tier can pick up free back-to-school supplies next week. The annual "School Rocks Backpack Giveaway" returns July twenty-sixth at participating Wireless Zone and T-C-C stores, including locations in Corning, Elmira, Bath, and Hornell.
