Good morning.A Montour driver faces felony assault charges after allegedly revving his engine and intentionally hitting a construction zone flagger in the town of Horseheads. State Police report twenty-year-old Ryan Sochia antagonized the worker who was displaying a stop sign before striking her with his vehicle and fleeing the scene. Sochia was later arrested at his home and posted bail.In court news, former Penn State football standout Julian Crushshon-Fleming has been sentenced to at least nine months in prison following a fatal A-T-V crash in Bradford County. Authorities say Crushshon-Fleming was driving drunk when he hit a deer, throwing and killing his twenty-three-year-old passenger. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and D-U-I.And Elmira College has launched a new digital Mark Twain Trail to boost local tourism.
