Good morning.A Philadelphia-area man has died following an all-terrain vehicle crash in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. State police report sixty-four-year-old Richard Rhodes of Bucks County was driving a Polaris Ranger along Dunkleberger Road in Rutland Township Sunday night when his vehicle left the unpaved road and overturned. Rhodes was ejected in the crash and later passed away from his injuries at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre.In regional public health news, Allegany County officials have confirmed a third case of measles, along with at least fourteen presumed positive cases. Health officials say the latest infection in the Town of Independence marks the first confirmed case outside of New Hudson, with contact tracers identifying potential exposure links to livestock auctions and recent out-of-state travel.And Chemung County is bringing a larger-than-life attraction to Park Station in Erin this weekend for America's two-hundred-fiftieth celebration.
