Good morning,A West Middlesex woman is facing first-degree murder charges this morning after a deadly late-night shooting in a Hermitage parking lot. Police say thirty-two-year-old Taneesha Lynn Teague turned herself in after allegedly shooting thirty-six-year-old Salim Basalat multiple times outside the Lowe’s on Glimcher Boulevard. Investigators say the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute and was witnessed by a minor child.Meanwhile, New Castle police are searching for answers after a massive downtown commercial fire was deemed suspicious. City fire Chief Mike Kobbe says crews discovered multiple points of origin inside the vacant, two-story building on North Mercer Street late Monday night. It took five regional departments over an hour to bring the heavy flames under control, and the building is now slated for immediate demolition.And four local eighth-graders are taking home top honors for imagining the future of the nation.
