State police say Noah Mills lost control of his sedan on a curve along Mohawk School Road, traveling down a driveway before striking a parked commercial truck. He died at the scene.A federal grand jury has indicted fifty-two-year-old Keith Jackson of New Castle on drug charges. Federal prosecutors say Jackson was caught in a local hotel room with fentanyl and faces a count of possession with intent to distribute.And a commercial lender is suing Schwebel Baking Company for nearly three-point-eight million dollars, claiming the company defaulted on its loan.
