Weather officials report the tornado packed eighty-five mile-per-hour winds, carving a path over six miles long from Trumbull and Mahoning counties into Lawrence County, leaving tree damage and power outages in its wake.In local crime news, a fugitive warrant has been issued for a notorious Boardman contractor accused of running home repair scams across the Valley. Beaver Township Police filed new felony theft charges against forty-three-year-old John Bartos the Third, who previously pleaded guilty to eleven theft counts after taking clients' money and leaving dozens of construction projects unfinished.And four Erie residents are in custody at the Mercer County Jail after allegedly stealing nearly two-thousand dollars in items from the Grove City Outlets.
