Good morning,In Youngstown, police are investigating an early morning armed robbery that left a man without thousands of dollars in valuables. Authorities say the victim reported another man got into his car near the Pit Stop Café on Logan Avenue around 4:10 Sunday morning, pointed a rifle at him, and forced him to hand over items including a gold chain, phone, and wallet totaling more than 6-thousand dollars. The suspect then fled the area.In Lawrence County, officials in New Castle continue to discuss budget concerns and infrastructure needs, as city leaders look for ways to stabilize finances without placing additional strain on taxpayers.And in Butler County, State Representative Aaron Bernstine will host a free fish and boat safety seminar tomorrow evening from 5:30 to 7 at the Penn Township Municipal Building.
