Precautionary school lockdowns were lifted after ten minutes.Meanwhile, a massive roof replacement project is underway at the Lawrence County Government Center. Commissioners authorized a two-million-dollar reserve transfer to fund local contractors as they replace the courthouse's original fifty-year-old roof.And twenty-one municipalities across Lawrence County are receiving a summer road repair boost.
