Good morning.A federal judge has denied a request by Teamsters union members for a temporary restraining order against the Schwebel Baking Company. The union filed a lawsuit over unresolved health insurance, pension contributions, and severance pay following the permanent shutdown of Schwebel's facilities, which displaced over three hundred workers in Youngstown. The judge cited an earlier court order placing the bakery into financial receivership for the denial.In local crime news, a Butler man is behind bars after allegedly assaulting and strangling a woman during a domestic dispute on North Main Street. Police arrested fifty-six-year-old Matthew Kennedy, who now faces strangulation and simple assault charges with bail set at thirty thousand dollars.Displacement and emergency crews responded to multiple overnight residential fires across the region. In New Castle, three people were forced from their home following a heavy early morning fire on East Lutton Street.
