Fulkerson says the enterprise zone loans were used to renovate downtown office space, retaining over forty local jobs, and confirmed that loan payments remain fully up to date.In economic news, officials from the United States Department of Energy met in New Castle for a roundtable hosted by the Citywide Development Corporation.
