Good morning.The murder trial for thirty-two-year-old Dashawn Watkins in the dismemberment death of fourteen-year-old Pauly Likens has been delayed for a sixth time. A Mercer County judge continued the trial to March twenty-twenty-seven following an attorney conflict of interest within the public defender’s office.The New Castle City Council has appointed Chief Financial Officer Stephanie DiCarlo as interim city administrator starting September first. DiCarlo will temporarily step into the role as outgoing administrator Chris Frye leaves for a new position in Butler County while council searches for a permanent replacement.And Aqua Pennsylvania is offering free water conservation kits to income-eligible customers in the Shenango Valley.
