Good morning.In Lawrence County, commissioners have approved a five-hundred-seventy-five-thousand-dollar contract to overhaul the failing heating and air conditioning system at the New Castle Public Library. The critical project comes after hot summer weather forced the library to temporarily close several days to protect staff and visitors.Over in Hermitage, the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter is preparing to celebrate the grand opening of its brand-new facility on Lynwood Drive this Saturday, September twelfth.
