Good morning.Law enforcement across the region remains on high alert as the search continues for a twenty-seven-year-old convicted felon accidentally set free in Erie County. Dylan Anthony Bera of Waterford was mistakenly released from custody despite having just received a three-to-seven-year prison sentence in Crawford County for a violent kidnapping and assault. Crawford County District Attorney Paula DiGiacomo confirms an emergency arrest warrant is out for Bera, noting this marks the second time he has been mistakenly released from the Erie County Prison.In higher education news, Allegheny College is reporting record-breaking momentum in its capital campaign, raising over two hundred twenty million dollars toward its two-hundred-fifty-million-dollar goal. University officials say the historic fundraising effort is allowing the college to expand student financial aid packages and endowed scholarships well ahead of schedule.And registration is officially opening this week for the annual Titusville Chalk Walk during Oil Festival.
