Good morning. State Police in Franklin are investigating an alleged sexual assault involving a thirteen-year-old Oil City girl in Venango County. Authorities report the incident occurred Friday afternoon along Tippery Road in Cranberry Township, and the investigation remains active.In local traffic news, a two-vehicle collision in Sandycreek Township sent two Franklin men to UPMC Northwest on Friday. State Police say twenty-one-year-old James Williams failed to yield while turning left off Pittsburgh Road onto Debence Drive, colliding with a motorcycle driven by twenty-four-year-old Zackery Fox. Fox suffered serious injuries after being ejected, and Williams was cited in the crash.And Governor Josh Shapiro has announced expanded passenger rail service across the Commonwealth.
