Good morning.Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a fatal crash in Erie County after an e-bike rider was struck and killed late Saturday night. Authorities say forty-eight-year-old Peter Grzywinski of West Springfield was attempting to cross West Ridge Road diagonally when he was hit by an S-U-V. Police report the driver was unable to see Grzywinski, who was pronounced dead at the scene.In Erie, police are asking for the public's help to identify a woman wanted in connection with a theft and fraud investigation on East Thirty-Eighth Street. Detectives say the suspect wore a wig as a disguise during part of the incident. Erie Police have released surveillance images of the woman both with and without the wig, and anyone with information is urged to contact the department.And a Saegertown Junior-Senior High student has taken top honors in a national drug awareness essay contest.
