Officials say Chase Ishman was briefly trapped in his vehicle following a rear-end collision, but fast-acting firefighters pulled him to safety in under fifteen seconds.In education news, six area teachers have been selected to lead nationwide Nine-Eleven lessons through the Friends of Flight Ninety-Three "Teach to Remember" program.
