Good morning.Dunkirk police have issued an arrest warrant for twenty-four-year-old Tywon Wright in connection with a fatal June shooting. Wright faces charges of second-degree murder and weapon possession. Authorities warn the public not to approach Wright and urge anyone with information to contact police immediately.In Meadville, City Council approved a five-year agreement to add a third school resource officer to the police force. Crawford Central School District will cover one-hundred percent of the costs through grant funding, with the new officer focused on elementary schools and summer youth programs.And in Saegertown, a seventy-five-year-old man was sentenced to five years of probation after pleading no contest to six counts of animal neglect.
