Good morning.The Girard Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating missing fifteen-year-old Evalina Ross. Investigators say Ross was last seen September third in Erie and has distinctive hair—pink on the left side and dark brown on the right. She is five-foot-one, weighs one-hundred pounds, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue tank top, and purple and pink high-tops.
