City Council announced Menanno’s final day will be October second, as local leaders begin evaluating options for interim management amidst a challenging budget season featuring a proposed property tax increase of up to four mills.In community news, nearly three hundred volunteers combed local waterways over the weekend for the annual French Creek Watershed Cleanup.
