Police say 44-year-old Jarid Hawkins faces charges including making a terroristic threat and aggravated harassment, tied to incidents late last year.And in Olean, a woman is accused of intentionally setting a fire inside the Cattaraugus County Building. Investigators say 50-year-old Brenda Anderson allegedly used a lighter to ignite toilet paper in a restroom, causing damage.
