Police arrested twenty-seven-year-old Jermaine Hawkins for felony assault after he allegedly stabbed a victim during a fight outside Biggie's Bar on River Street early Sunday. The unnamed victim was hospitalized, and Hawkins is being held at the Steuben County Jail.And a historic Olean park has been transformed into an inclusive playground. Local officials held a ribbon-cutting for the newly renovated, two-point-one million dollar Marcus Park on West Sullivan Street.
