Good morning.An Olean man has been sentenced to over fifteen years in federal prison following a major online child exploitation investigation. Federal prosecutors announced that fifty-seven-year-old David Johnston was handed a one-hundred-and-eighty-eight-month prison term by a U.S. District Judge. The sentencing follows a joint task force investigation involving the FBI, New York State Police, and the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.Voters across Cattaraugus and Allegany counties are heading to the polls today for the New York primary elections. Polls are open until nine o'clock tonight. Local races to watch include a three-way Republican primary for Allegany County Court Judge, alongside a Democratic primary for the twenty-third congressional district.And in local historic preservation, Saint Mary’s Church in Olean has officially been named to the National Register of Historic Places.
