If approved, South Dayton will become the fifth Cattaraugus County village to dissolve in the last eighteen years, turning all municipal operations over to the surrounding Town of Dayton.And the forty-ninth annual Great Wellsville Balloon Rally officially kicks off this Friday at Island Park.
