School leaders hope the fifteen-hundred-seat venue will be ready for Red Raider athletes before the end of winter.Drivers traversing Steuben and Livingston counties should plan for overnight detours on Interstate 390 starting tonight. The Department of Transportation is closing I-390 Southbound between Exit 5 in Dansville and Exit 3 in Wayland from eight p.m. to five a.m. tonight and Tuesday night for bridge maintenance, with Northbound closures scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday nights.And a Pennsylvania man is facing criminal homicide charges following a fatal shooting just south of Wellsboro.
