Good morning.The Hornell Board of Public Safety has officially declared a Canisteo Street residence a public nuisance, ordering the property shut down for up to twelve months. City officials say two-ninety-three Canisteo Street accumulated forty-three nuisance points over the past year following drug raids, police calls, and two unattended deaths. Remaining occupants have until noon next Thursday, August twenty-seventh, to vacate the premises.In Steuben County court news, Corning murder suspect Jonathan Rivaldo faces a new felony assault charge after allegedly attacking a fellow inmate inside the county jail. The twenty-nine-year-old is currently held without bail as he awaits trial for the rape and murder of a ninety-year-old woman.And in community news, food and live music are coming to Allegany County this Saturday for the Taste of Wellsville.
