Good morning, Two Hornell men are facing felony hate crime charges after allegedly stealing and burning an Israeli flag. Hornell Police arrested thirty-one-year-old Declan Banko and twenty-eight-year-old Cormac Banko after officers say the pair stole the flag from outside a local business and destroyed it at a home.In Cattaraugus County, State Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred early Sunday morning in the Town of Freedom. Authorities report thirty-six-year-old Phillip Schramm died at the scene after his vehicle lost control along Route ninety-eight, overturned, and struck a tree.And State Route twenty-one in Hornellsville is open once again following a two-point-two-million-dollar culvert replacement project.
