Good morning.Parents and commuters heading toward Olean High School need to navigate a new traffic pattern starting this week. The Olean Common Council has converted North Third Street to a one-way southbound route and North Fourth Street to a one-way northbound route between Reed and West Sullivan Streets. Parking is also prohibited on the east side of North Fourth Street on weekdays from seven A-M to five P-M.In Steuben County, a thirty-million-dollar renovation has officially transformed the long-vacant Dana Lyon School in Bath into a forty-nine-unit affordable apartment complex.
