Good morning,A Clarksburg woman who spent months on the run is jailed on severe child neglect charges out of Williamstown. Thirty-five-year-old Alexis Rachele Thompson was captured in Randolph County following an investigation that began when her 23-month-old granddaughter was hospitalized with acute methamphetamine exposure. Thompson faces multiple felony counts, including child neglect causing serious bodily injury.Meanwhile, a tragic holiday weekend crash in Washington County has claimed the life of a Cutler man. State Troopers say 47-year-old Carl Hall the Second was killed when his four-wheeler veered off Township Road 268 in Barlow Township and struck a tree. A passenger, 34-year-old Joyel Grady, was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
