Investigators say the WVU Health System committed numerous record-keeping errors and failed to report the theft or loss of addictive medications.A federal judge in Charleston has thrown out a Department of Justice lawsuit seeking to force West Virginia to turn over unredacted voter records. The judge ruled the federal government failed to show a valid legal purpose for demanding the sensitive personal data. Secretary of State Kris Warner praised the decision.And cleanup at the site of the massive Peoples Cartage warehouse fire on Camden Avenue has been halted by a state cease-and-desist order.
